It's been a little while since I have shared some of the projects I am working on, so I thought I would give you a peek at what's been happening here.
You remember these towels on the loom? They are now finished and off the loom. I will wet finish the fabric, weave in the loose ends, then cut and hem them. I love the fresh spring colors.
I am also working on Romi's mystery shawl, using my Opal yarn. I kept it scrunched up so that you can't see the design…and I am a bit behind, so it's no surprise for anyone who is working on it.
I have to say it took me a while to get used to Romi's charts, but with this being my second shawl designed by her, I have to say that I love them.
I can't wait to see how it finishes up!!
What have you been working on?
Great colors! I’m behind too. 🙂

I love the colors you chose for the mystery shawl. I’ve got about 6 rows left on clue 4 and then I’m ready for clue 5 and the big finish.

Those colors are really beautiful, Kim! I am stalled out on my shawl . . . with only one row and the bind off remaining! (I just haven’t had the time to sit down and attend to those Very Long rows this week.) Romi’s shawls are very interesting to knit!

The color is just delicious! (Have I mentioned that I love anything as long as it’s purple!)

It’s a mystery shawl. I’m never able to keep up. I think I’d have to be allowed to do nothing but knit and eat good food prepared for me if I where to finish on time. Thouh I have managed to make clue 5. Can’t wait to see your lovely color selections knitted.
