Wow…what a day it has been!!
We woke up this morning to a solid 14 inches of snow this morning and it was so beautiful. Unfortunately it caused massive power outages around our state.
Thankfully we did not lose our power, but everyone who attended dinner today other than my parents had lost power, so they were thankful to have a warm house to celebrate this Thanksgiving….and what a full house it was. It was such a treat to have all of my children, their spouses and all of the grandkids here today!

It was a challenge fitting everyone in and still being able to move, but Ken is really good at this and thankfully we were able to have a wonderful time all together at kind of the same table.
As we have some unexpected company staying here tonight to keep warm, I am scurrying to get this posted before the midnight hour so that it counts for today.
It's nice to have some of my kids and their kids under my roof today.
I hope that you all had a peaceful and blessed Thanksgiving!
It sounds like a perfect holiday! XO

I was hopeful you weren’t one of the NH folks who lost power. Happy to see that you didn’t and that all the family could join you (and be warm and fed).

Yay for power! I was worried about you, knowing the big event you had planned. I’m so glad everything turned out just fine.
That is a beautiful snow picture.

Glad you still had power after those 14 inches of snow and your whole family was there. Love the table set up. 🙂 Woke up to more snow this morning. Fortunately just an inch. Beautiful snowy photo.

Wow – thank goodness you had a safe and warm home not only for yourselves but for your guests.
I made your broccoli casserole (using my canned soup “substitute”), and it was great!

How wonderful that you could not only provide warmth and shelter for those without power, but also have a special family gathering while doing it! We all have much to be thankful for ❤
