Rain dripping from eaves
Sounds nature's poetry.
We speak and write to
Explain to ourselves.

It certainly has been rainy here as of late. Pitter patter, misty weather with frequent downpours in between the wet mists. I don't mind the occasional rainy day because it does give me some quiet time to do some of the things that I love, but we have had so much rain that everything is starting to feel moldy, even if it really isn't.

Now that my back is feeling oh so much better I have finally been able to sit behind this lovely spinning wheel again. It's been such a long time …. I fell in love with spinning all over again! I'm only spinning for short periods, but I enjoy each one of those minutes. I know what I will be doing this weekend…how about you?
It will be cloudy with a chance of rain here, but nothing like what you’ve had. I love the color you’re spinning!

Heat in Colorado has been relentless. The climate is definitely different than when I moved here years ago. So, send us some rain–it would definitely be welcome. Your spinning wheel is gorgeous!

I’m so glad your back is feeling better.
The weather on the coast north of Boston has been unmitigatedly awful. I’m waiting for SUMMER to start.

I haven’t touched my spinning wheel in weeks. I have been knitting lace, though, and that feels awesome.

Glad you are feeling better. I squinted at the bobbin and decided it was a Golding… scrolled down, and Laurie said the same! LOL.
