I received so many emails from people who like me may not have lost much or any weight, but had become more conscious of what they were eating and have been trying to maintain a more healthy lifestyle…..so this is a good thing.
Myself, I actually gained a few pounds during the contest…eeek, but this last week I have managed to get myself back into a better life~flow, so I'm banking on some black boots baby for Rhinebeck!
