Roll On Those Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer

Lady_blue_sock_progressTrue to my word, this weekend was spent relaxing at home and not doing too much of anything other than hanging out in the yard, doing a little knitting, a little gardening, a little soaping and serious dog grooming.

I don’t know if it is the time of year or if there is just not that much going on in my life right now.  Do you ever feel that way when you are blogging?  Trying to find words that just aren’t there?  Today is one of those days for me, so I will leave you with a few pictures of my weekend.  Pictures are worth a thousand words…..right?:-)

  1. I completely understand about the lack of words for the blog. I am working more jobs than I want right now so blogging has taken a backseat to most everything that is going on. It’s lovely you had time to enjoy your weekend. That’s what life is about-stopping the rat race to enjoy the fruits of that labor! BTW-I have garden envy. Ours doesn’t seem to be doing very well. It’s only our second year but I thought we would have more things by now.

  2. I love how your garden looks! And I know exactly what you mean about finding words. Most of the time, I’m trying to figure out what to say.

  4. Lovely photos! I love looking at other peoples veggie gardens- thanks for the peek! My garden veggies are finally springing forth and my tomatoes are starting to color! That soap off to the left in the sidebar looks mighty scrumptious btw!

  6. I do have that same feeling that I have nothing to say sometimes. YOUR pictures are worth a thousand words and I love pictures on posts. In fact I don’t seem to read knit blogs unless they have pictures.
