…..some knitting time!
It's been a very busy 3 weeks with dyeing the yarn club mailing, turning around to dye for SPA and then coming home to dye back orders. C.R.A.Z.Y, but it's all behind me now and I have actually had some time to enjoy sitting back and knitting.
You may remember my dilemma whether or not to pull back my sweater almost all the way to the start when I had crossed my cables incorrectly. I was so dismayed after I pulled it out, so much so that I had to put it aside for a spell, so I worked on another headband for my oldest daughter. (pictures this weekend when she is free).
Once I came home from SPA, I sucked it up big and just worked on this sweater front, every evening and finally it is finished and blocked. Tomorrow I will start in on the seaming. I won't lie, I hate putting a sweater together, but it is my mission to have this finished by the end of the week, so my seaming needle is ready to go.
Wish me luck!
Hooray! Did you double check and make sure all of those cables are crossed correctly? π I finished all the parts for Miss BB and they are blocked and as soon as they are dry I will be seaming, too. I’m not a fan but it needs to be done- we should skype and do it together!

Looking forward to seeing it all seamed up and modeled. π

You can do it. Plenty of finished sweaters to attest to that tale.

You’ll get it done and you will be so happy with the result the finishing part will be no big deal! You’re almost there!! Knitting has no time frame. Enjoy the process. π

It looks great! I hate the finishing too, I have a sweater that has only needed sewing up that I have had hanging around for like 2 years…
